Pascal Dubois

Pascal Dubois has a 30 years experience in the marine insurance industry.

Pascal is graduated from an International Business School in Paris and has a Master Degree in Law and Economy of Transportation in the University Paris I – Panthéon / Sorbonne.

Pascal Dubois has been Marine Manager for Companies such as Helvetia, La Neuchâteloise, Winterthur, MMA Covea and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.

He is now the Chief Executive Officer of the CESAM (Study and Service Committee for Marine Insurance) based in Paris. This Group represents the interest of 25 Insurance Companies mainly to administer and promote a worldwide network of Surveyors, major casualties claims (especially GA), war rating of countries/areas, a technical accounting market system of the coinsurance flows as well as organizing each year the event of the French marine insurance industry on 2 days.

Pascal is also part of ParisMAT which is an initiative promoting the French marine insurance center.

Pascal Dubois has been member of the IUMI Facts and Figures Committee for 2 years before joining the Loss Prevention Committee in 2015 and chairing it in 2018 until today.
